Here's what the final version of the 2011 Sioux City Community Coupon Card looks like. Buy one now using the checkout on the right - be sure to designate which organization you want the proceeds to go to! For each card you purchase, $7 will go to the group of your choice.



Do you need a fundraiser?

We are currently looking for groups in the Sioux City area who are interested in a no-risk fundraiser.  The ideal group needs funds (who doesn't?), has a volunteer force to tap into, and is enthusiastic about a win-win-win opportunity for Sioux City! 

You raise money by selling cards for $10, keeping $7.  They are the size and consistency of a credit card and have 26 local business discounts on them.  These discounts are good for one year for EVERY time you visit the business - so they can be used over and over and over again!  You will be provided with some sales tips as well as an image of the card (front and back) which can be put on a website, Facebook, sent via email, or dropped into a newsletter or flyer.

It's important to remember that the cards include businesses throughout Sioux City so you can sell to anyone, anywhere - not just your friends and neighbors.  So once you're done selling, you send any unsold cards plus $3 for each card sold back to PowerPacked Promotions LLC.  And you're done.  You start making money as soon as the first card is sold because you don't purchase the cards, and your funds never leave your hands.

No risk.  Easy to sell (who doesn't love discounts?)  And $10 is an easy sell for all the great deals.

• Bronz Salon Tanning - 30 days unlimited tanning for $25 plus free lotion packette
• Casey's - $2 off large pizza
• Green Gables - 1/2 price hot fudge sundae with purchase of entree
• M & M Copy Quick - 30 cent color copies (8 1/2 x 11")
• KFC - 10% off any regular priced menu item
• f.y.e. - 10% off any used CD or DVD

These deals are good for one year (May 1, 2011 through April 20, 2012) and can be used over and over again - each time you visit these businesses!

2010 Fund Raisers

Several local groups were able to raise funds by selling the Sioux City Community Coupon Cards in 2010.  They included:

• RSVP of Woodbury County
• Sioux City Community Theatre - Youth Theatre
• Acacia Fraternity at Morningside
• Siouxland Community Christian School
• Westside Connection
• Siouxland Habitat for Humanity, and
• Siouxland Flyers.

In all, over $6500 was raised for these groups in the first year this fundraiser was available.

2010 Card

Following are images of the front and the back of the 2010 Sioux City Community Coupon Card.  Each offer is good for one use per card per visit for a one-year period.  That means you can use each offer over and over and over...  So if you used the Great Clips offer once a month for a year, you'd save $72 (saving $6 each month for 12 months) - and that's just one offer!!
